Practice Clinics@Park

Tonight saw another of Park's staff practice clinics take place. These clinics aim to nurture and develop teacher talent and expertise through disciplined, deliberate and intelligent practice and coaching conversations. Tonight the focus was on practicing how to check we have 100% compliance in the classroom - securing every student's attention so that they can take in new learning. The clinic looked at key techniques collectively followed by tailored practice. These clinics make sustained teacher growth possible.

Learning and developing the skills of any profession requires deliberate practice. With training, practice and feedback our teachers continue their learning curve.
