Safeguarding

Safeguarding

Colne Park High School fully recognises the contribution we can make to protect children from harm and to support and promote the welfare of all children who are students at our school.

Colne Park High School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the physical, mental and emotional welfare of every student. We implement a whole-school preventative approach to managing safeguarding concerns, ensuring that the wellbeing of students is at the forefront of all action taken. We recognise that no single professional can have a full picture of a child’s needs and circumstances. If children and families are to receive the right help at the right time, everyone who comes into contact has a role to play in identifying concerns, sharing information and taking prompt action.

If you have any safeguarding concerns please contact Zoe Sims on 01282 865200 or email safeguarding@parkhigh.penninetrust.org

In every school

Our aim is to enable staff in every school to understand how to support children who are experiencing domestic abuse, no matter where in the world they live.
