Boys badminton

This week it has been the start of the Pendle Schools Badminton tournaments, beginning with the U14 and U16 Singles.

In the U14 we had a number of players playing in their first badminton tournament and despite winning a number of games nobody made it through to the semi final.

In the U16 boys it was a different matter with both Kyran Denton and Will Crossley made the final.  Kyran was defending the title has had held for the last 3 years and Will pushed him all the way in a competitive game.  In the end Kyran was successful winning 15-13  Well done to Kyran on another title and well done to all the boys on their efforts.
