Year 9 Pendle Schools Rounders Runners-Up

The Pendle School Rounders Tournaments started last night with the Year 9 Team showing excellent striking and fielding skills. The year 9 girls came 2nd in the Tournament only losing one game by 1/2 a Rounder! 

It was amazing to see this group of girls working together as a team and cheering each other on. Special mention to some excellent batting from Ruby Terry, Michelle Botchway, Leah Harvey and Cyra-Jo Jackson. With Isabelle Riley, Katie Murgatroyd, Brook Franks, Megan Wheeler and Sofia De Curtis showing outstanding Fielding skills to challenge the opposition.
