Quick-thinking sisters Hannah Pye and Lola Ball come to the aid of a member of the public.

Lola (Year 7) and Hannah (Year 11) witnessed a man collapse and fall onto the road near McDonald's on Vivary Way. They rushed over to the man and helped get him from danger. "The cars were going really fast", said Hannah, adding "one car had to really slam on the breaks in order to stop". The pair got the man to safety and, despite the adrenaline and panic, composed themselves and quickly phoned the ambulance, giving the location and condition of the man. Other members of the public began to help. "It was nice to see people helping", Lola said, "It shows that there is kindness in people". Thankfully, the man made a recovery at the roadside and was taken away for further medical help.  The sisters showed a bravery and calmness that they are rightfully proud of. Well done girls. Proud to be Park!
