Pendle Schools Cross Country

The annual Pendle Schools Cross Country took place on Wednesday afternoon and it was another excellent day for Park pupils.  The weather threatened to make running really difficult but our pupils continued the schools fine tradition of success in this event.  There were 6 races across the afternoon with around 100 Park pupils involved including the excellent marshals who set up the course and monitored the race.

There was some individual excellent runs with Darcie Belshaw (Year 7) and Lottie Hesketh (Junior Girls) winning their races but it was also a great day for Team Park.  Full results below...

A truly tremendous effort from all the pupils, regardless of what place they finished.  The determination and effort was there for all to see and once again the pupils have made the PE department and the school extremely proud, a huge well done to all involved.
