Bao Bun development

Using food colouring should not be the first thing you reach for when changing the appearance of a dish. Year 8 students took their Bao Buns to the next level by experimenting with natural food colours to produce vibrant Bao Bun cheeseburgers. Green - pandan leaf, Black - charcoal, Yellow - tumeric, and Pink - beetroot.
